TERMS OF SERVICE

By ordering a commission from me, Puppicide, you (the Client) affirm to have read and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Service listed below. Failure to abide by the Terms of Service may result in a rejected/cancelled commission with or without a refund, and/or a blacklist/public service announcement. Please note that these Terms of Service may be subject to change without prior notice.

Artist

I retain the copyright to each image I create unless our contract specifies otherwise. Commissioner is allowed to ask for privacy, but please inform me in advance.You agree that my artwork is NEVER to be used for NFTs/AI. Do not use my work to promote and/or earn crypto currency.I reserve the right to refuse any commission from any client for any reason.I ask that no one traces or copies my art. You may reference my art with permission, but do not trace my work and claim it as your own.I'd like to inform all clients that my style may differ depending on the character I'm given to draw, but it will always be high quality peices I produce. If you don't like something, you're always free to ask for change. Please check out my socials or my portfolio for examples.

Commissioner

Commissioner has the right to re-upload their commission wherever as long as they credit me.Commissioner cannot claim their commissioned artwork as their own.Commissioner cannot edit their commissioned artwork unless permission was given.Commissioner cannot use their commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless we discussed otherwise.NFTs: Do not use my work to promote and/or earn crypto currency.Personal Accessories: It is permitted as long as the items are not used to sell commercially.If you tell me the CODE PUP5 you get 5% off of your commission!

General

You are paying for a digital good that requires no shipping of physical product. The final pieces will be received via email/download link.All pieces will have my signature visible unless you, the customer, discuss wanting to use the piece for commercial use, this will need to be discussed with me and there will be additional charges and terms.All commissions are personal, non-commercial/non-profit use only. Do not resell or use my art as merchandise unless stated otherwise.Specific details are required before payment is sent for me to properly determine the price. I will charge extra to change large details if they are not specified before I begin.I do NOT draw backgrounds, you will get a transparent image sent to you.

Refunds

Details will be agreed upon before I begin sketching. The first three sets of changes to a sketch will be free unless the change is major like the whole pose.Upon sketch approval and completion, extra changes that were approved in sketch/lineart phase will warrant a fee.I will give a full refund only if no work has been completed. Minimal refunds can be done during sketching and lineart. After that, you are NOT allowed to ask for a refund.Fees will be $10 per change at minimum.Changes must be formatted in a list with all changes listed in one message. Multiple sessions of one-off changes will result in heftier fees.

Process

Payments must be made in FULL before I start the commission. Please be sure to have all required funds for your commission or the commission will be declined. I take payments through Paypal ONLY. (Please ask if I'm able to do it through Ko-FI at the time).Payment plans are also acceptable, but I will not finish the piece unless paid in the full amount.I will send sketches of said commission via specific social media messaging method. Edits are allowed during this stage and lineart stage.I will NOT continue on a commission until I get a reply. After a month of no reply, I will proceed with Artistic Freedom until completion.Once the commission is completed, I will send it via Email /download link or Toyhouse. The image will not have a background so it will always be a transparent PNG.

Turn Around Time

My turn around time is now extending from two days to six months. This gives me time for breaks, my full-time job, and personal art. I take my time with each piece and I want to put all my dedication into it when I am feeling good. Please do not rush me. Some commissions may come out faster than others. If you want updates, just ask. I am more than happy to give updates whenever. If this is too long for you, don't commission me.

Commercial Rights

Please check in Prices about the Commercial Fee guide. When you buy something with a commercial fee, we are both agreeing to a one time payment. There are no refunds for commercial fees.

Special Info

Normal Style Outfit Sheet - This comes with a naked body & 1 outfit of your choosing. Different outfits cost more, change in expression & hair (from the original) also costs more.Chibi Outfit Sheet - This comes with a naked body & 1 outfit of your choosing. Different outfits cost more, change in expression & hair (from the original) also costs more.Customs - Must provide inspiration and ideas for custom. Or at least main ideas what you want. It only comes with a front view. If you want a reference sheet, you HAVE to pay the reference sheet price & +$40 for a custom fee. If eyes are covered in the custom, it will automatically come with an eye close up. This does NOT come with a back side! Same information applies to on base customs.Big Reference sheet - Base price is 100 (front + back view, 3 close up items, close up eyes, palette). Depending on what you want there will be a fee.Mini Reference Sheet - Base price is 75 (front view only, eyes close up, palette). Depending on certain things (details, etc) there will be a fee.

NSFW

Commissioner can only commission me, Puppicide, after they prove with ID that they are 18+There is a fee of +$20 minimum if you are wanting something NSFW. Always ask what I am willing to do.I will not do anything nsfw/suggestive for MLP/Pony/Feral commissions.

Extra Info

If you want multiple characters drawn, but separately - you will have to pay for them individually.I will not draw overly complex designs, if given complex designs - I will simplify them while trying to capture as much as I can.Please know what you want for the commission before commissioning me. (Ex. Full body shaded, chibi, etc) It's your money, not mine. It also makes things easier for me.ATTENTION
At the end of the year, all of my art will be put in an archive for people to purchase to look through. If you do NOT want your commission in the archive, please tell me!
